About me

For over twenty years, I’ve worked in leadership across social care and housing, helping people navigate change, overcome challenges, and build the confidence to move forward.

I now coach professionals working in housing, social care and the charity sector who want to develop their careers, strengthen their leadership, or move forward when they feel at a crossroads.

Alongside my career, I developed a genuine interest and passion for coaching, which led me to undertake professional coach training with the MOE Foundation.

Through my leadership experience and coaching education, I’ve seen that lasting change doesn’t come from being told what to do - it comes from having the space to reflect, challenge self-doubt, and discover your own solutions.

Outside of work, I’ve completed multiple 5Ks, 10Ks, and four half marathons. Running has taught me the value of resilience, determination, and consistency. It reminds me that meaningful progress isn’t about being the fastest or having all the answers - it’s about taking one step at a time and continuing to move forward, even when the journey feels challenging.

These experiences shape the coach I am today. I create a calm, supportive space where you can gain clarity, build confidence, and take practical steps towards your goals.

Whether you’re navigating change, developing your leadership, or looking to take the next step in your career, I’m here to help you move forward with purpose.

My Story

Since qualifying, I have had the privilege of supporting clients from a variety of professional backgrounds, with a particular interest in working with professionals across housing, social care and the charity sector. Seeing people gain confidence, overcome challenges, achieve career progression and make positive changes in their lives has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career.

Why I coach

I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, develop and achieve more than they sometimes believe possible. Much of my work focuses on supporting professionals in housing, social care and the charity sector as they navigate change, build confidence and develop their careers, but I welcome anyone who is ready to invest in their personal or professional development.

My aim is to provide a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can think clearly, build confidence, overcome challenges and move forward with purpose. It is a privilege to be part of that journey, and I would be delighted to be part of yours.

Who I Work With

While I welcome clients from all backgrounds, my experience in housing, social care and leadership means I have a particular understanding of the challenges faced by professionals working in the housing, social care and charity sectors.

Whether you’re feeling at a crossroads, preparing for a new leadership role, building your confidence, navigating organisational change, or thinking about your next career move, coaching provides the time and space to reflect, gain clarity and move forward with confidence.
